The development of Fieldstone and it's addition Fieldstone Meadows is a large subdivision located east of Brockton Lane N (County Rd 101) in the very southwestern corner of Maple Grove. Fieldstone Boulevard runs through the middle of the community. The neighboring subsivisions are Gleason Farms to the north, and Prominence Woods, Hidden Haven, and Bonaire to the west. Because it's located in the very corner of Maple Grove, the location is supreme. The folks that live here have a convenient location to big city life with the luxury of the countryside at their back doors. Many people find this a very inviting neighborhood to raise a family in, so if you drive through the neighborhood on a summer day, you will see kids on their bikes and mothers pushing strollers. It's one of the few Maple Grove subdivisions that sneaks into the acclaimed Wazata school district. The atmoshphere is friendly and the community is neat and well-landscaped.

What are the Homes Like?
The two-story builds sit on lots ranging from .22 acres on the smaller end and .8 acres on the larger end. The finished square footage really does vary. The smallest being at about 2500 finished sq. ft, and the larger homes at about 6000 finished sq. ft. They have anywhere from 4-6 bedrooms, 3-5 bathrooms, and 3 car attached garages. Occasionally you will find a home here with a 2 car garage, but the majority have 3. The homes were built from 2003-2012.
What's Going on Nearby Fieldstone?
The city of Maple Grove is a very well-kept and popular northwest suburb of Minneapolis. The city is full of life. Popular restaurants and shops line the streets. Just about anywhere you could imagine wanting to shop, Maple Grove has it, including the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes.
There is also an abundance of parks and trails in the area, many parks that are part of the Three Rivers Park District. Fish Lake Regional Park is a seven minute drive from Fieldstone. The Plymouth Dog Park is a three minute drive. There are also neighborhood parks in the community.
If you like to golf, you are going to love that Shamrock Golf course is a 6 minute drive, Rush Creek Golf Club is a 7 minute drive, and Elm Creek Golf Course is a 5 minute drive. There are also other courses in the area.
The Maple Grove Hospital, an excellent facility, is a 13 minute drive from Fieldstone. Maple Grove also has a great community center.
What Schools will the Kids Attend?
If you buy a home in Fieldstone kids will be part of school district #284; the Wayzata public school district. There are also private school options close to the area. The schools serving this area are; Kimberly Lane Elementary, Wazata Central Middle, and Wayzata High School.
