Corkscrew Shores is a Pulte Homes community, in joint venture with leading real estate developer Cameratta Companies, which was started after the successful completion and near sell out of the Preserve at Corkscrew. Construction of homes in Corkscrew Shores began being built in early 2014. Floor plans at Corkscrew Shores will offer two, three, four and five-bedroom with a total of twelve “Life Tested” floor plans.
