Home sales in the Pilot Point area were down 1% in May 2014 compared to last year, with 89 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have an increase of 3%, with 357 homes sold. New Pilot Point real estate listings increased 25% from last year, with 129 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 14%, with 545 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was up 35%, at 100 homes. Listings under contract for the year-to-date have increased 8%, with 368 homes under contract.
