The Bailiwyck Neighborhood is located in  Fort Mill, SC and is located between Gold Hill Rd and Carowinds Blvd. With extremely quick access to I-77 the uptown area of Charlotte is reachable within a 20 minute drive. Nearby Carowinds Amusement and Water park is located just a couple of minutes away at the next exit traveling north on I-77.

The drive through Bailiwyck is inviting and is full of mature trees that provides homeowners with plenty of privacy and shade. There are many sub-divided sections of Bailiwyck all with their own names and copper faced signs notifying you of the sections when entering. Houses are mainly of brick construction and or stucco finishes, and few of the sub-divided sections have vinyl siding.   

Homes in Bailiwyck are mostly 3-4 bedrooms and between 2,000  and 3,500 square feet. A few of the homes even have basements.

Amenities include a community clubhouse, a pool, two tennis courts, a large children's playground, 3 beautiful lakes, and a 50 acre nature preserve.  So there is plenty do for kids and adults alike.

Bailiwyck is in close proximity to shopping. Many new grocers, local shops, dining, and fitness centers are all within a 5 minute drive.

Bailiwyck is part of the award-winning Fort Mill School District and residents currently attend Springfield Elementary, Springfield Middle School, and Nation Ford High School.
