Princeville Hawaii- Home sales statistics- First Half 2014
Prices have continued to rise for Princeville Home Sales. The median sales price for a Princeville home increased by 4% from a median sales price of $855,000 in 2013 to $890,000 in the First Half of 2014. And this was on top of a 30% increase from 2012 to 2013.
The least expensive home sold in 2014 (year-to-date) sold for $650,000. Actually, there were two (2) Princeville homes that sold for that price. Both homes are 3 bedroom/2 bath homes. 4164 Kamalani Lane was listed for $699,000 and sold for $650,000 in April. The last sale for that property was $512,000 in December 2010. The Sellers did some renovations after their purchase. 3780 Mapuana was listed for $695,000 and sold for $650,000 in May. The Seller purchased the land in 1992 and built the home that same year.
The most expensive home sold in Princeville in 2014 (through June) is located in Sunset Circle at 5074 Napookala Circle. It was listed for $1,495,000 and sold for $1,400,000 in February. The Sellers paid $1,200,000 in February 2012 - a 16% increase in the sales price in 2 years.
