I am very upset about a mobile home manager or owner of mobile home park..He is mean deceiving and a horrible person..we moved from there because my husband being sick and also way we were mistreated.....I had a small desk for a child..I put it outside on edge of yard for a child who might need it..everyone had always done that..they chopped it up an put in trashcan.. mean people....we never missed a payment on our rent there for almost ten years..they have took us to court this will be 3rd time we ll are on social security.my son disability..they told us to sign a paper but we could not be bothered on government checks....they are trying to,sue my so who is mentally sick..3rd time they hv tookus to court is thre anything I can do about this.....

It depends on what State you're in. We're only in California. One thing you might consider is contacting AARP as it sounds like you may qualify for some legal help as a low income senior citizen.

We the tenants of Tradewinds Mobile Home Park are being harassed, threatened and intimidated by Drita Bronkey ( Abraham Arrigotti / BovaVida Communitties/ Living Well Communties/ Sierra Management / Kort & Scott / Apex Property Management/Platinum Acquisitions Management) possible Financial Elderly Abuse; Unfair Business practices; over charging of utilities; over charging of rent; illegal late fees; withholding rent payments; withholding rent invoices; excessive and abusive demands for proof of payment and a ton of other problems.

What information would you need from us the tenants of Tradewinds Mobile Home Park in order to determine if we have a case.?

Please advise.

I will talk to some of the other tenants and get more details from them. My most recent personal experience is today 04/15/2019. I received another rent invoice from the Tradewinds property managers stating that my rent was past due and I need to pay them $9,312.40.

I have made numerous requests/demands for a complete and itemized ledger of the months/dates they claim I owe ; This appears to be nothing more than an attempt to harass, threaten and intimidate.

To date Tradewinds has failed/refused to provide any of the rent invoices to justify the $9,312.40 they are trying to extort from me.

Here is an example of an E-mail I received from Drita Bronkey

We’re not getting anywhere here. You are not making any efforts to resolve this matter and I will not continue this dialogue. I have continued to provide you duplicate supporting documents which you have made reference to. You are a person that is dishonest and you lack integrity. Your homesite is deplorable and you never paid your rent on time. You harass me and he stuff, you call us vulgar names. At trial you said you had a buyer and I provided to you an application I think it’s best that you proceed in that manner since clearly you can’t afford to reside here. If you recall I had a conversation with your wife wherein she said you can not keep a job because of your anger issues. I wish you the best of luck.

It is my understanding that after numerous requests,Tradewinds Mobile Home Park authorized representatives Drita Bronkey / Abraham Arrigotti have failed/refused to proved a copy of the title and ownership and copy of their (possibly predatory) lease agreement to Costa Mesa Ca., Tradewinds Mobile Home tenant in space #27
