Victory Lakes Townhouse Report: May 2014
It is a gorgeous, sunny, temperate day in Victory Lakes today. It is as perfect as a summer day can get. And while we are going to take this opportunity to look at sales activity of Victory Lakes townhouses during the month of May, I am displeased with the fact that one of my comparison reports is non-existent. It has been gobbled up in cyber space. It is purely operator error, of that I am sure. How it happened is a mystery. That means you will only be getting a comparison to last month, April 2014.

The high list price at time of contract was down 5/10th of 1% since last month, but the high marketing time was 53% shorter. The low list price at time of contract was 3% lower than last month and the low marketing time was 67% longer.
