Heritage Lakes is a lake community just off of Highway 14 near Five Forks area. There are approximately 225 homes in Heritage Lakes. The community was established in the late 70s. Traditional and ranch style homes are prevalent in this community, home sizes range from 1,600-2,500 sq.ft. Prices start from low 100s.
This is a popular neighborhood in Simpsonville because the community is active with family orientated activities and events. It is part of the SAIL Organization, a well known competitive swim organization in Greenville. It also has Community Day every July 4th. The community amenities include beautiful lakes ideal for fishing, tennis courts, volleyball area, clubhouse, picnic stations, playground, and pool overlooking the lakes. This subdivision is perfect, family friendly, serene and peaceful!
