A little about my home town - Alturas & Modoc County - located in NE CA

By
Managing Real Estate Broker with United Country Stevenson Realty

Welcome to Alturas California, located in Northeastern California, county seat of Modoc County. Considered the last frontier in Northern California, the elevation of Modoc County ranges from 4,000 ft. to almost 10,000 ft. at the peak of the Warner Mountains. Alturas has a population of approximately 3,500 and the total population of Modoc County is 10,000+/- people.

Located central in the county, Alturas has all of the ancillary services and conveniences: i.e. hospital, doctors, dentists, opticians, chiropractors, banks, a theater featuring both live and movies, shopping, restaurants, groceries, dry goods, hardware, lumber, electronics & etc. We don't have: malls, fast food, traffic lights, gridlock, freeways or gangs.

You can visit my brokerage web site at; http://www.alturas-ca-real-estate.com  You will be able to see all of our offices listings, they change daily, so visit often.  Yes, we do co-op, and I'm never to busy for your referrals.
