Sandpiper 216 just came on the market at $399! This is an upstairs interior unit which faces the courtyard and the pool. Although you do get a little bit of pool noise, the on-site management at Sandpiper is excellent and they do an great job of keeping things quiet after hours. This unit is $60K less than the next lowest upstairs unit, #206, and $149K less than unit #213, priced at $549,999. I've shown 216 several times. It was a long term rental for many years and is in need of paint, carpet, appliances and new furnishings to bring it back to life. Or - you could just leave it like it is and put another long term tenant in there knowing that you may have to come down a bit in rent due to the condition.  Up to you - but either way, it gets my vote for the buy of the day. Don't forget that you can rent each "side" separately, making Sandpiper a great buy for the return on your dollar.I don't expect this unit to last long so if you have an interest, call or email ASAP!
