The weekly sales reported by the Sunday Steamboat Pilot shows 18 closed transactions for a dollar value of $5,723,243.10 (where did the $0.10 come from?).  Of those closed Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions, 8 were single family, 8 were condo/townhomes, 1 lot/land, and 1 commercial.

The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reports 131 pending transactions with the total pending dollar value at $63,303,624 (excluding the $18 million pending ranch sale).  Of these pending sales, 8% are priced over $1 million, 2% between $999,999 and $800k, 9% between $799,999 and $600,000, 24% between $599,999-$400,000, 15% pending in the $300's, and 40% pending at $300,000 and below.  The average pending sale price is 4483,233.77 and the median pending price is $328,500.
