Do you use scripts? 
For the last year we have been training our agents to use the Craig Poctor system when returning calls from our buyer and seller leads.
These scripts have been tested and refined over many years and work.
We just brought on 6 new agents and are all roll playing and practicing going over the scripts.
It is working for them as these new agents have already taken listing and are closing sales .
Systems work and Craig's system is one of the best I have seen in over 20 years.
