Emails are VERY Important for Realtors

Real Estate Agent

Emails are the most important way, we Realtors communicate with each other. My email is linked to my website, which means I use Microsoft Outlook to access my emails. Emails are a way for us Realtors to get our message across. It can be anything from Campaign emails, to important zipped files with contracts on them! Emails are the most important tool I probably have!

There are many agents out there that use other email providers. Such as Gmail, Yahoo, and hotmail. Do they work well for such important files? Like in Outlook, I have my whole calender on there, which connects to my laptop and phone! Allowing me to make changes and keep reminders on both on my devices!

The agents using those email providers, do you like using them? Should I consider switching?

I also want to know whether I should consider using my company's affiliated email provider? So, in my case, it would be

Which email provider do you use? And do you feel that they can keep up with your day to day activities as an agent?

I want simple and free.....the website I own is directed to my HERO hosted website and GoDaddy who sold me hosts my e-mail which actually re-directs to my gmail account and I can view on my smartyphone.

I still have AOL for my current clients & tenants and will slowly re-direct them to my LandlordWhisperer/gmail great with Craigslist!
