July is National Parks and Recreation Month! To celebrate, Brentwood Parks and Recreation will be hosting a few special events.
PARC Skate: Sat., July 5th
1:30-3:00 p.m.
FREE for residents of Brentwood,
Maplewood and Richmond Heights
Scavenger Hunts: Sat., July 19th
Oak Tree Park
3:30-4:30 p.m. (Ages 4-9)
8:00-9:00 p.m. (Ages 10+)
*Ages 10+: Please bring a flashlight!

Shanna, we had several hiking in a national park outside Boulder yesterday when lightening struck and killed one, injured 7 others. When hiking in the parks, be careful when the weather starts turning!
