I suppose this being my very first time bogging, I should start of by introducing myself.
My name is Richard De La Madrid and I have served in both the Real Estate and Mortgage industry for the past 15+ years. Working for some of the biggest companies has given me the opportunity to learn much about the Real Estate and Financial industry, allowing me to pass that knowledge down to both agents and clients as well. My experience includes senior management in sales, operations, training and marketing. Much of my career has been focused on building relationships with my clients and learning on how better to serve and answer there financial questions. For the past 3 years I have dedicated myself as broker/owner of West Coast Financial Group, Inc. with two offices serving the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.
The growth of West Coast Financial Group was achieved through my hiring of a strong management team, experienced sales staff, and mortgage operations professionals who work as a team to exceed the expectations of both our clients, partners and lenders.
I holds a B.S. in both finance and marketing from UCLA as well as both DRE and CFL licenses. I have been a member of both the Inland Valley board of Realtors and Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors since 1995. Other memberships and organizations include the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce, Camarillo Chamber Of Commerce, Simi Valley Chamber where I have been residing for the past 10 Yrs. and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
When I'm not busy, I enjoy golfing, sking, fishing, and vacationing with my wife Lydia of 20 years. I have 2 boys Patrick 18 and Michael 15, and Oh yes our dog Tofu!
