I'll start, here are some that come to mind:

I'm an Appraiser with a quesiton for you.  I would appreciate any insight that you can offer.  My concern is how to collect from deadbeat AMC's (Appraisal Managment Companies), in the event that they go bankrupt, or just choose not to pay me.  I haven't worked for AMC's yet, but I want to be proactive.  I'm wondering if I can get the client to sign a form that will allow me to collect from them, in the event that the AMC's doesn't pay.  I doubt that the AMC's will like that, but until I've established a relationship with any company, I like to have the upper hand.  I don't know the legal ramifications of this, since the borrower is not the client, but they will be a benefactor of the appraisal.  Can you let me know what you think about this, or ask around to see if this is legal, and enforcable?  I may be interested in hiring you to assist me in drafting a form, again, if it's legal and enforceable.  Thanks for your time.
