Thanks Marti!! (And you know I STILL have that song imbedded in my brain...!)
Another excellent blog Marie :) Thanks for sharing , have a wonderful day!
Great thoughts, Marie, and that is part of my plan for this weekend. Great minds think alike. - Debbie
Marie great advice, personally I can not give up one book I hold on to all my books and the bulk of them are 1st Ed hard covers:)),Endre
You're the best, Patty!
Thank you Irma!
Right with you Debbie, great 'found' time this weekend!
I like 'sparkling'-thanks Jeff!
Endre-I think I would like your house a lot, but if you were selling, and had so many books that'd be what buyers would remember about your house, I'd recommend you pack some of them up. Too many people hold on to things simply because they don't know of any other option besides the curb.
Oh yes tell me what I want what I really really want oh yes please please please
Now if someone else would do this for me because I.really.do.not.have.time.
Laura F.-see you've got that song stuck in your head too
Judi-there are people that do this...
Laura C-might be....
Yes to this post and hostess...clean your windows? I wear glasses and when they are cleaned, I remain so grateful for such a small and simple thing...thank you
Wow, this looks a lot like my honey-do list Marie; did my wife call you? :)
Congratulations on the Featured post!
Marie, you've got some excellent suggestions here. I love how you provided links to local businesses who can help people as they de-clutter.
I love how very reasonable your list is--it is not overwhelming and generates an "I can do that" attitude. We can't all be James Dean.
Didn't really think about July 1st being the start of some many things, but you're right Marie! Happy 4th of July to you!!
You're quite welcome Richie-simple things, done well are very rewarding.
Thanks Tom! (I think most of us have the same list :)
Tammie! Links like this so easy to find/share and everyone wins-just after I published this I learned of another organization that's national, P.E.O. International. The local chapter just raised $3000 from a tag sale for scholarships!
Thanks Norma-we all can do more than we think we can....just getting started is key!
Happy 4th to you too Carla! I feel the same way about Labor Day-new beginnings!!
Marie- have you been peeking at me??? I've been purging my closet of clothes I no longer wear, and it feels great.
Congrats on the well-derserved Feature, my friend! Now I must go weed a garden!
Exactly what I want! Orgnaization, less clutter, aka chaos, and a cheery touch of color! Well thought out and timely! Cngratulations on the Feature!
Kathy-it is a great feeling! The more I am in this business, the more I see how similar we all really are!
Weeding is good! (Will use that/credit you on the next edition Julia!!
Hi Cat-see, I knew what you want, what you really really want :)
