On Tuesday, June 24th, I attended a New Groundbreaking Event for Realtors® and residents hosted by Laterra Links in the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. New ground was broken earlier in June and the developer is planning to add four new two story buildings.
The coach homes at Laterra Links in the World Golf Village offer all the space and comfort of a single family home without the hassles of lawn care and other maintenance. The private two-story buildings are home to four coach homes, two upstairs (each with an elevator) and two downstairs, and each has its own two-car garage and screened lanai. There are two floor plans, the Pinehurst with 2,160 square feet, and the Pebble Beach with 2,681 square feet. Both floor plans have 10’ ceilings; separate living and dining areas; 18” ceramic tile flooring and master suites with sitting areas. The kitchens are equipped with the latest appliances, granite countertops, superior cabinetry, island workstations and sunny breakfast nooks.
The coach homes overlook tranquil lakes or vistas of the championship golf course. The amenity center is designed to entertain residents and their guests and includes a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, summer kitchen and two clubhouses linked by a beautiful veranda. The clubhouse features a great room, full kitchen, game room, fully equipped fitness center and separate locker rooms.
For those not familiar with Laterra Links in the World Golf Village, it is situated in the heart of one of the nation’s finest golf communities in the gated community of the King and Bear. The community is home to the King & Bear golf course, the only collaborative course designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.

The event was well attended by local Realtors® and residents that reside at Laterra Links.
