The Landings at Crow River is a neighborhood which has great connection with the Crow River and offers lots of recreational opportunities in an area with friendly neighbors and great homes.
The Crow River lies just to the east of the Landings and the Crow Hassan Park is just beyond the River (over the river and through the woods....).

Most of the homes were built between 2002 and 2007. But, newer homes are also available. I recently sold a four bedroom, three bath home for $199,900 in the Landings so there are bargains to be had. Many lots are in the .27 to .33 range, but some are a little larger and most are between two and four bedrooms with three to four baths.
Median taxes for this development are $3,000 and there is an association fee of $30.00 per month as of June 2014. The dues cover the garbage collection and maintenance of the common areas.
There is a bike path to Zachman Fields to the north where kids and adults can find a variety of recreational opportunities.
Commutes to the Twin Cities average around 25 miles to the southwest and about 35 miles to St. Cloud to the northwest.
Other amenities in the area include: parks, bike trails and the Pelican Lake Waterfowl Refuge, Beebe Lake County Park, Crow-Hassan Park Preserve, Fox Hollow Golf Course, and the St. Michael City Center Complex which houses the St. Michael City Hall, the St. Michael Senior Center and the Great River Regional Library.
