I just returned from Maui last week, sad but true! After reviewing your foreclosure warnings, I was wondering; what percentage of these would be foreclosed properties get auction and how many get extended?

about 90% of the defaulted Foreclosures get pushed under the rug due to many reasons, one is Hawaii legislation, two is we are so small compared to other US states the banks just don't care enough, three We are a global destination and sooner or later Hawaii islands will all recover with world markets participating.
