Dan--I will take new photos on Sunday...These are from three weeks ago, there still is snow on the ground here but not on the roofs or driveways. This dang winter is just hanging on and on. We were in the 80's last year at this time and today it was 45 and sunny...We were pretty happy as they predicted a snowstorm for yesterday but were wrong!

Good luck with your open house too! Buyers are out all over...Hopefully there will be some good foot traffic as there are wonderful bargains on homes in this market!

Pat--No snow...some still on the ground but these photos are from 2-3 weeks ago after a spring storm. We are at a balmy 45 degrees today--LOL...A little cooler than average. Time for a spring warm up!

Teri, wow.........how beautiful the home is! AND snow always looks so pretty shown this way! It is so hard to believe that it is in the 80's here and warm and flowers blooming, and then I look at these photos just on the other side of our country, and you have snow and cold. I'll bet it sells, it is a beautiful home. ;-)
