It's time again for the WWJAHD Show!

What's a WWJAHD Show? Well, it's a fun little session where YOU provide real life dilemmas from the world of real estate asking the question: "What Would JAH DO in This or That Situation?" and... I answer from the perspective of the Author of Sell with Soul. I'm an expert in my own opinion :-) so of course, when asked a question about What Should Be Done, I tend to answer it as if I were the one in the situation. 

So, that's what this next SWS teleseminar show is all about, I've been compiling situations and scenarios over the months and here is the plan for this session:

"I'd like to start sending out mass emails, but I don't have email addresses for everyone in my SOI. How do I ask for them without feeling weird about it?"

"I've created an e-newsletter with real estate information about my local market. Should I send it to people in my sphere who don't live here?"

"I'm currently with a 100% company who charges me a transaction fee, but I'm considering switching to a split company because I'm just not doing the amount of business I want to be and am hoping a different firm will be a better source of leads. What do you think?"

"I'm a relatively new agent and am working on building my confidence. Do you have any suggestions on books I can read or what else I can do to be more confident in myself as a real estate agent?"

"I know how important testimonials are to potential clients looking online for a real estate agent. Any suggestions on how to "soulfully" ask for testimonials from my past clients?"

"Instead of a Dorky Announcement Letter, I was thinking about sending out a note to my sphere offering a free CMA. What do you think?"

"During a listing appointment, the seller told me she was pretty sure she was going to hire another agent, but wanted to meet with me to check his pricing. How would have handled this?"

"I've been attending networking events and find myself feeling assaulted by all the people there wanting to sell me something, and worry that if I don't buy from them, they won't refer me. What should I do?"

"I presented a low-ball offer on behalf of my buyers and the listing agent came back telling me all the reasons my offer was ridiculous. And he was right. How do I respond?"

"I've been offered the opportunity to write a monthly non-real estate-related article for a neighborhood in an expensive area. My natural writing style is casual and informal, but I'm worried that by being 'me' in my writing, I will come across as not 'high-class' enough for the readership. Should I try to write in a more formal and polished voice?"
