2014 CRCT Georgia School Report

This is an important school report not just for families with kids in school, but for an even important reason to anyone that owns a home. The value of your home is greatly impacted by the schools your home is located in.
If you look at the statistics, the homes located in highly rated school districts were the first home to see their property values improve after the last downtown of the real estate market. Many of the homes located in these areas did not suffer the home value losses that other areas of Atlanta experienced.
Lesson learned: When looking for a home to purchase, always consider the ranking of the schools where the home is located in, even if you have no children in school.
