Would You Go to a Auto Mechanic to Fix a Toothache?

In all seriousness, how many of us would use an auto mechanic to fix a toothache? Not too many of us I would think. We would go to a dentist. I am the dentist, err Realtor and you are the auto mechanic. So why are you attempting to fix your toothache?  When you want to sell a house or buy a house, why would anyone think they can do a better job than a Realtor?

This is what I do full-time. When we met to have our initial consultation we discussed my experience, my plan to get your house sold, get you pre-approved, and to go over the home buying/selling process.

Yes, I understand and appreciate that you've lived in your house a long time and have invested lots of money/blood/sweat & tears into it. Yes, I understand you want that "perfect dream house with a white picket fence". I also know that I view houses on the market everyday, I study the market and I interpret the market daily to help my clients make the best possible decision that is right for them. Having had many successful transactions, I know what buyers & sellers are looking for.

By communicating and listening to each other we can get your home purchased or sold quickly. I may not always tell you what you want to hear, but I will always tell you what you NEED to hear.  After all, you hired the dentist to fix your toothache not the auto mechanic.

On that note, I wonder how many people argue with their dentists about what is causing their toothache, or how to remedy it.  "But my Mom had a toothache in 1990 and her dentist fixed it by doing this...."

Toothache is a disease which gives pain to our teeth in mouth. The teeth are very sensitive & due to chocolate type food, it is affected badly. Some germs do damage to the teeth & make holes in it. Thus we feel pain because of that portion. Toothache can attack other fair teeth if proper precaution is not taken. This disease can bring fever which will affect whole body. So to avoid this proper treatment should be made near a good dentist. He knows how to maintain it.
