Services for Real Estate Pros with Evolve Sustainably

Our newest and most developed project here at Evolve Sustainably is the site PlugGREEN.com

Here is a little bit about the site:

PLUG INTO THE GREEN INDUSTRY WITH PLUG GREEN
New Website Links Together Environmentally Conscious Businesses and Consumers

Whether it's because of high fuel prices, or worries about global warming, environmental thinking is going mainstream. In Nashville, throughout the United States, and even the world, people are developing a more sustainable and efficient way of thinking. Businesses are learning how to make a profit by helping nature rather than destroying it. Through protecting the environment and saving resources -- people are making green by going green. And consumers are jumping on the bandwagon, recognizing that whether you buy locally grown organic food or renovate your entire home, any change toward a more sustainable future is significant.

PlugGreen is the brainchild of Ecobuild contractor James Maciuk and landscaper Mark Jones, who work on LEED Certified projects together, both have over 40 years combined experienced in the building industry. While gathering information and materials during their projects, both men were surprised to find that accessing environmentally friendly building materials and supplies was no easy task with the disorganization of the green industry. Thus, the idea of offering a centralized outlet of information for everything related to the Green Environmental movement was formed.

PlugGreen.com is a site with two main purposes: It supports businesses within the green community by providing them with the ability to create their own online profile within the website, allowing them to network directly with other businesses and most importantly, directly to consumers. In addition, PlugGreen provides an organized and efficient way for consumers to find local green businesses in their area, and information on the latest news and developments within the green industry through a network of news and blog websites. Whether it is a green-minded consulting firm in California, or an organic farm in Nebraska, PlugGreen.com provides a one-stop source for any and all information.

"Through the past decade, we have seen a dramatic increase in environmental awareness, from building materials to food and clothing, going green has become more than an idea; it is a way of life. We want to make sure that not only is the information out there, but that is it easily accessible for both businesses and consumers."  - James Maciuk, PlugGreen Co-Founder.

PlugGreen is currently focusing on building up its local Tennessee community but will be aggressively branching out within the Southeast and throughout the rest of the United States. To learn more, please visit www.pluggreen.com.
