Overall the number of foreclosures in Delta County has fallen 48% during the first quarter of this year compared to the fourth quarter of 2013. While the number of bank owned properties is decreasing there are still some opportunities for investor buyers and those looking to take advantage of a fixer upper.

• Lot sizes vary from smaller in town lots to one and two acre parcels and one property has 40 acres.
