The Courtyards
Why The Courtyards? Along with its central location, you've got pools, spas, a sauna, a fitness center, tennis courts, a recreation room, and great landscaping, including ponds and lakes. There is a common area laundry facility although many units also have an in-unit laundry.
The Courtyards was built in 1988 and is located in zip code 92110 at the western end of Mission Valley. It has 340 ranging in size from 816 square feet to 1,969 square feet, and bedroom/bathroom floor plans which include 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, and 3/2.
Monthly HOA dues range from about $260 to about $615 a month, usually depending on condominium size, and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that The Courtyards is not FHA-approved. It is VA-approved without any conditions.
