I was surprised when a Doctor talked about marathons and how many people get To much water.
Drinking to much water can make us literally drown in ourselves.
He, don't get him wrong, but to much water isn't a good thing.
He would prefer to see people drink something more like Powerade or Gatorade.
When we sweat a lot we lose vital minerals.
I personally know that if I get dehydrated, water just not cut it. But, Powerade will get me back on track in a very short time.
Energy drinks and pop do just the opposite and rob you of the nutrients that you need.
Be good to your body and use water and one of the nutrient replacing drinks alternating. Works great for me.
