Kensington Park MOMS Club
Kensington Park MOMS Club (a national support group for mothers who primarily stay at home with their children) invites moms to attend the monthly meeting Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30pm at the Kensington Park Library,4201 Knowles Ave, Kensington, MD 20895. PEP (Parent Encouragement Program) will be presenting a parenting class on Diffusing Sibling Rivalry. Their goal is the development of stronger, more encouraging families, through systematic education, skill training, and support. This class will include sibling fighting, teasing and bickering can be very challenging to parents. Learn why children fight and what you can do to help children develop better relationships and to fight less often. This MOMS club is open to moms whose children are zoned to attend Kensington Parkwood ES and Garrett Park ES. The group's activities include trips to parks, lunch and coffee get-togethers, playgroups and more.
