The Midway Meadows subdivision in Addison, Texas, developed by R.C. Williamson in 1980, consists of 104 homes in the Addison Timbers HOA plus approximately 100 other single family residences not in the HOA. There are also duplexes; however, the information below covers the single family homes only.
The neighborhood is bounded by Beltway to the north and Proton to the south; Midway to the east and Morman to the west. Homes in Midway Meadows are conveniently located near the Addison Athletic Club and Fire Station 2, with ready access to shopping, dining, parks and recreational areas.
Le Grande is the only drivable entrance/exit to the neighborhood. This limits traffic, provides greater security and a more cohesive neighborhood environment.
- There are currently no single family homes for sale in Midway Meadows.
- Six homes sold in the first half of 2014. The lowest sales price was $207,000 and the highest was $334,900. The average sales price was $281,117.
- The average number of days on the market for these homes was 8 days, with a minimum of just 3 days and a maximum of 20 days. One-story homes are selling faster than two-story homes.
- The lowest price per square foot was $133.49; the highest was $162.89; and the average was $147.82
