Lower Kennydale is fast becoming one of my most favorite communities! Many properties have big sweeping views of Lake Washington, while others have peek-a-boo glimpses of what's just around the corner.
And of course we can't forget those who are lucky enough to live right ON the water!!
Here you'll find everything from ultra contemporary new construction to super small early to mid-century cottages. Lot size is imperative as many builders are coming in and paying large sums for subdividable lots.
Even the Seahawks chose to land here a few years ago!
