Leafy Greens Cafe is located at 1626 Central Avenue in St Petersburg Florida. I had the opportunity to have lunch there this past week and I will indeed be back!
Leafy Greens Cafe offers vegan, raw, gluten free and all of their food is wonderful! I had their 'Tacos'. The taco consists of a large romaine leaf that is spread with a wonderful cashew hummus and then topped with guacamole and walnut, along with shredded red and green cabbage, red bell peppers, carrots, cubes of green tomato and red onions. This is topped off with a chipolte cashew dressing that is absolutely amazing!
My friend Natalie had their Leafy Greens Salad which consisted of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sweet baby peppers, raw soaked almonds, avocado and sprouts. This wonderful salad was topped with a basil pesto dressing!
I have to admit, there were so many wonderful choices that it was difficult to decide and we will indeed be back at the Leafy Greens Cafe on Central Avenue in St Petersburg Florida. I recommend calling for reservations! 727-289-7087
