These stats refer to single-family homes only...not townhomes, condos, lots, acreage, or leases.

  • Avalon is experiencing a housing shortage with only 1.3 months of inventory (6 months is equilibrium)...a hot "Seller's Market."

  • Three homes sold in June and they averaged 14 days on the market.

  • Average sales price (currently $623K) is the fourth highest in the past 10 months.

  • Average sales price/sf is currently $173.90.

  • The number of homes sold in June was 3, which is 1 more sold than previous month of May.
