It's Sunday night, July 13. Another weekend has come to a close. Time is flying. Have you been thinking about selling your home? If so, maybe you should call your Realtor this week.
While not all real estate markets are the same, the market has improved in many areas. In many areas, there is a shortage of inventory.

Tonight, I did a search for El Paso County, Colorado horse properties on the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) MLS. I defined a horse property as a place that had at least 5 acres and some sort of shelter whether it be a barn, stable or loafing shed.
As of tonight, there are 16 horse properties in El Paso County that are currently under contract. 15 closed (sold) in June. 20 closed in May. A complete market report will be forthcoming.
In the meantime, if you are thinking about selling your home - this could very well be the time to do so.
Please call or email me if I can be of any assistance.
Sincerely,
Sondra Meyer, CPA
