New Speed Rail Transit Opens in San Francisco in 2017

The new Transbay Terminal in San Francisco is going to blow your mind when it opens in 2017. It will house a total of 11 transit systems and connect eight Bay Area counties and the entire state of California. LEED Gold Certification is expected and it is prepped for handling the high-speed rail train project that speeds into town.
There is a lot of controversy over this project but the state does not have a great metro system so in the next ten years, the entire state of California is planning a rail transit that will run the entire length of the state.
