Being able to accumulate multiple investment properties can have a great benefit on your financial standings. To better oneself in this area can take some time and experience. Luckily, I myself am an investor.  I will be able to use my knowledge of past experiences and combine it with being a real estate agent to help guilde you through the processes.  Helping you find investment property, very simply and stress-free!

To increase your monthly cash-flow, having a good rental profit will generously aid in that desire. I highly recommend, that if you are wishing to obtain a large amount of wealth through rentals, that you pick up The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, by Gary Keller. It will provide you with great information and advise into the investing world.

Compare A New Investment To Current Rental Properties

To make some wise investment decisions, if you buy decent properties that are cash-flow positive, put money into improving those properties, and then select good tenants yet also work hard to keep those tenants, then you can earn a nice retirement “pension” plan without having to punch-in a time card!

But also remember to have a good bank to help with your investments. Small local banks and credit unions are good for acquiring a home in general. Yet, since, you're wanting to purchase multiple properties, those banks will usually only loan out about 4 home loans. What you need to get is a portfolio lender. Some of these can help you get multiple properties with just a little higher interest but under a shorter term which you can then bundle multiple up when you refinance for a smaller interest payment.

Tim: Great blog. You are correct, real estate is a preferred vehicle for wealth accumulation. Move those REOs and you will have a more stable market. Good luck!

Great info about wanting to invest in properties.  I also dabble in property investment as well. Thanks for sharing.
