Last week, my wife Tammie and I and two of our grown kids traveled to Colorado to visit my oldest son who lives in Boulder with his beautiful wife and four kids. It's been two long years since we had gotten together so it was a blessed reunion!
We could only stay for four days because of work schedules, but it was an incredible trip. We visited many of the sights around Boulder and drove up into Rocky Mountain National Park on one of the days. Simply incredible! We picnicked and hiked (a little) and were able to spend time with family.
One evening, Tammie and I got away for a couple of hours to meet with Dick and Mary Greenberg, a couple of Rainers who live north of Denver, near where we were staying. For the other AR folks in and around Denver, (I'm talking especially to you Belinda) don't get your undies in a bunch, we hope to see you on the next trip!
Dick and Mary are a wonderful couple and we had a fabulous time meeting them in person and getting to know them better!
For anyone who travels around the country, take advantage of the wonderful relationships we have developed in the Rain. Step up and step out, call one of them up and meet them in person. You won't regret it!
