Ok...we've all heard that the Spring Market has arrived! I'm looking outside my office window this morning and admiring the "Winter Wonderland" that has graced us in my area with another 3" inches of snow!! Funny how it's 7' outside, snow on the ground, and the traffic has definitely picked up in my area! I held an Open House yesterday in Deerfield, IL and I had 8 groups come through and recevied a contract on the same property last night!! I guess the media is letting folks know that the market hasn't collapsed and it's a great time of year to get your home on the market to sell or to purchase a home! The interest rates are still incredible low and there are some amazing homes that are priced right so don't hesititate!!!
What's a little snow anyways:) Us Midwesterners are used to it...so bundle up and make sure your tires are ready for the roads!!
