What a day for day dream....... good thoughts-a new journey@2014

By
Real Estate Agent with Chase Realty LLC

We are 90 days out an counting for the closing of one business and turning a new leaf in a slower new one..quasi retirement. We sold our property management to our new broker for a fair price. Our old clients are selling their investment properties through us before we retire and it is a whirl wind of activity.More than what has occurred for the last 6 years of one to three sales a year .

We know the other old saying,"Make hay while the sun is shining",so we are doing all we can to keep up. Most of our agents are moving their licenses to the new broker and some are just getting out of the game entirely.

We have had good times, interesting times and slow times for the last 30 plus years of our business. We thank everyone that has participated in our journey.

Our new journey is starting and with, "the wind on our back and the sun warming our face", this will be a great journey as well.

       Anyone have any thoughts?

Custom made for a day dreaming boy... Sounds like you are comfortable with your past, and your present and looking forward to the future. Good for you as not everyone can feel that way.

Hi Dale, Thanks for the comment. I have to look forward to the future. I have endured the past as a young man in the US Navy during Vietnam, college on the GI Bill,a retired older duty sheriff and swat chopper pilot in Louisiana and now a older and a little wiser real estate broker slowing down to smell the roses.
