This is the South. July is supposed to be hot and muggy.
But weather doesn’t follow rules or schedules. And so this morning we were blessed with a record low 57 degrees in Sharpsburg GA for July 17.
It’s not a life or death thing. It’s just interesting.
And it’s also a reminder that occasionally the envelope can be pushed and one can break out of the norm!
It’s a refreshing change from the ordinary!

I am really enjoying the cooler weather. Being able to enjoy outside during the day in July in Georgia is a really good thing.

WE have had record cold highs and lows.
Agree or disagree the climate is changing it's mind as to where the heat and cold should be
Richard, It seems like weather patterns are changing all around. I know it is where I live. Typical weather is not so typical anymore. One day its 103 degrees and the next it is 80. Definitely not typical but we are seeing more of it.
It is nice to be without the humidity for a few days, but some warmth is needed for the crops especially in the wet areas.
