Cesar Pelli is a world-renowned architect who designs buildings that generally have a commercial use. The developers of The Residence by Armani Sunny Isles Beach were fortunate to be able to hire him and his firm to design their new 60-story tower that contains 260 luxury units condominium building that is located at 18975 Collins Avenue. The units range in size from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, and the initial purchase prices range from $1.2 million to $5.5 million. 

This architect has many notable buildings to boast about, and they are located in all corners of the globe. Pelli is the designer of New York’s World Financial Center and the Winter Garden. He also added an extension to the Museum of Modern Art. He created the Mathematics Building and Lecture Hall in Princeton, New Jersey that is located at the Institute for Advanced Study. He also designed the Pacific Design Center all the way across the country in West Hollywood.

Pelli did not keep his talents reserved for just the United States. Buildings he devised in Asia and Europe are as remarkable as the ones in America. Included among these gems are the NTT Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur that were once the tallest structures in the world. Not surprisingly, the hotels that he designed in Dubai and Milan are some of these area’s most profitable.

The Armani Residences condominium in Sunny Isles Beach by Cesar Pelli  are equally as impressive as the famous buildings listed above, and this is demonstrated in the building’s shape. The top floor is the widest, the bottom floor is the narrowest, and every floor in between becomes smaller as people make their way down. People can exit the elevator anywhere, and they will be on a floor that only has five apartment homes.

The Residence by Armani Sunny Isles Beach has a very alluring purchase price. In the first phase, the price is set to be about $1,000 per square foot, and this is much lower than people will find for any other new buildings in this location. However, the first phase is only open to family and friends. Others must not despair because the first phase is only going to last a short while, and the developers will launch the Armani condominium Sunny Isles Beach to the public very soon after that. 

The first phase for the Armani pre-construction condo Sunny Isles Beach will begin in November, and the developers are expecting demand to be high. Therefore, those who would like to reserve a unit must be prepared to act now.
