The Fruit & Nut District of Downtown Fairhope homes is such a place full of wonderful sceneries.  Its quaint atmosphere encourages you to take a stroll along the view of classy cottages, and galleries all part of the town’s charm! It is walking distance to the best that Fairhope has to offer, from the prominent Fairhope Pier and Rose Garden to the fascinating downtown events like Mardi gras and Arts & Crafts Festival!

55 Nichols Ave is our newest listing to make the Fruit & Nut homes list.  In about 10 minutes you can walk from this house to the Fairhope Pier, located within these wonders of Downtown Fairhope.  It’s one of those classy cottages built in 1945 with 3 bedrooms filled with exposed beams and mostly all original wood flooring.  Sometime in 2004 updates were added to include concrete counter tops and custom cabinets.  A charming 1450 square foot house just minutes from the many local shops and eateries you will just have to try!
