The Old Home Certified Designation Course is offered by the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (PAM), and is a two day course that covers topics including Minnesota housing history and architectural styles, Historic Districts and Historic Home Preservation, resources for repair and restoration, and the research and marketing of older homes. Myra is one of the first real estate agents in Minnesota to receive this designation.
