Macomb County Michigan real estate values up 18.7% in June 2014
More great news! The median sales price in Macomb County Michigan is up 18.78% and is now at $127,000 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $107,000 in June of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by nearly three weeks, from 66 to 43 days.
On market inventory increased by approximately 22.6%, from 19,459 to 23,862.
