Tucked beside the foothills in Lakewood Colorado is the peaceful community of Summit Glen. This neighborhood features traditional style, ranch and 2 story homes built during the 1990s. Summit Glen homes have 2-7 bedrooms, 2-5 bathrooms, 1,200-4,500 square feet and are priced from the high 200s to the mid 500s.
Colorado Association Services serves as the home owners’ association for the neighborhood. Residents are charged about $350 annually for the HOA to maintain the common grounds and oversee snow and trash removal for the community.
The Summit Glen neighborhood is characterized by wide sidewalks, large aspen trees and Lookout Mountain in the background. Several walking trails lead all around the community surrounded by natural greenery. The most unique of these paths ends in a large communal lawn in the center of the neighborhood. In this lawn is a large tree with a plaque paying tribute to the life and service of a past community member. The memorial displays what a united community Summit Glen is.
Near the Summit Glen neighborhood are many trail heads and parks. Coyote Gulch Park, Forsberg Dog Park, Ravine Park, Ute Trail Garden, Loveland Trail North, Bear Creek Lake and Park and Tamarisk Open Space are all within a very close proximity to the heart of Summit Glen. A short drive south on Morrison Road from the neighborhood leads to the Bear Creek Golf Club and the Fox Hollow Golf Course.

Summit Glen is a part of the Jefferson County Public School District and public schools for the area include Hutchinson Elementary, Dunstan Middle, and Green Mountain High School.
