The mysterious invitation said,"Grab 3-5 of your most adventurous traveling buddies for a tasting tour on us. Be sure to bring your appetite for this family-style meal featuring a varierty of our dishes, including some you may not know." Matt Bjerke, General Manager, invited our family and we decided to explore the adventure of noodle dishes from all over the world! (No charge, no strings attached-amazing!) We made our reservation and anticipated the fun!
Magdalyn Priddy, General Manager, was our host for the evening and she was a hoot. She made us feel right at home and made every dish coming to our table sound exciting. We learned about the ingredients and spices and how each was prepared. We got to taste appetizers, fun salads, 4-5 noodle dishes and even dessert.
Our whole family was amazed!!! We even had a couple young people in our party and they tasted every dish and found new favorites too. We all found new food favorites. Bangkok Curry, Japanese Pan Noodles and the Indonesian Peanut Saute (Pad Thai) were the biggest hits tonight. Good Times!
