Hi Sarah and Lester -- it's interesting to see the days on market for REO homes in Eastvale. Maybe these lenders/sellers should reconsider their strategy of marketing homes in less-than-move-in condition since it seems most buyers today are looking at homes in turnkey order.

I would guess that with low inventory, these homes would sell faster. but Michael certainly has a point.  The investors need to understand the market better, I would think!
