Congratulations to my clients who closed on the purchase of a new condo at Jonathan's Landing in Braintree a couple of weeks ago. Jonathan's Landing is a new luxury condominium development in Braintree. It is conveniently located near shopping, major highways and the MBTA Red Line into Boston. It is a short drive to the city to the north and to beaches to the south. Combined with access to good schools and town services, this was a great option for my clients.
These clients found me after contacting the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) for a referral to an Exclusive Buyer Agent. We actually first met in 2013 and we looked at a few new construction homes. But, between builders who couldn't deliver what they wanted and one of them deciding to go back to school, they decided to wait for a year. They contacted me again this year and decided that the condominium was the right choice for them, with the husband's busy work schedule and the wife in school, they decided they did not have the time or energy for the upkeep that a single family home demands.
Jonathan's Landing offered them everything they wanted. This brand-new condo offered two spacious bedrooms, along with two spacious bathrooms, dining room, living room and office area in addition to the fully applianced kitchen. A small patio provided them with some outdoor space and below ground parking spaces for two means no clearing snow off their cars come winter. In addition, Jonathan's Landing offers a beautifully appointed clubhouse, complete with a gym, pool and a movie room that can be used by the residents. The bonus was that their daughter would not have to change schools.
My only disappointment was that I had a previously scheduled vacation that put me out of town on the day of the walk through. However, my team member and fellow broker Matt Cummings was able to accompany them to the walk through and make sure that everything was in order. I was able to be back in town in time for their closing.
