Consisting of 47 adults and 15 children, including couples with children, singles with children, couples without children, singles without children, "empty nesters, " and retirees; ages from 1 to 81 years.

Harmony Village Homes utilizes Synergy Design which specializes in the design of energy efficient and environmentally responsible residences, including cohousing communities, custom homes, remodels and additions.

The energy-efficient, southwest-style architecture nestled in the Clear Creek valley on the edge of the Denver metropolitan area, provides a supremely pleasing setting for gardening, chatting with neighbors, playing in the shade of the Cottonwood trees, and soaking up the Colorado ambiance.

However, selling price is determined by the

As of January 2014, Home Owners' Association dues range from about $155 to about $275/mo. depending on size of the unit, number of occupants, estimated maintenance costs and other factors. This covers the cost of insurance, lawn mowing, snow removal. The HOA dues also include funds for long term repairs and maintenance of building exteriors and common areas. Real Estate Values: $290,000 to $550,000 with very little turnover (four homes in nine years)

Two large ponds directly south of the village which have attracted ducks, geese and a blue heron.

Community meals, parties “roasting and toasting” neighbors, holiday celebrations like winter solstice labyrinth walks, garage sales, political debates in the common house, theater parties, movie and book discussion groups.

Amenities Within 5 miles: Golden city parks and community center, bike paths, hiking trails, golf course. Historic downtown Golden is less than a mile away with shops, restaurants, and museums.
