#2 GET A CMA FROM A TRUSTED REALTOR- CMA (COMPETITIVE MARKETING ANALYSIS) IS WHEN YOUR HOME IS BEING COMPARED TO HOMES IN YOUR AREA TO DETERMINE YOUR ASKING PRICE.  THESE ARE HOMES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO YOURS. EXAMPLE: SAME NUMBER OF BEDROOMS,BATHROOM, SQUARE FOOTAGE,ETC..

 ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ASKING THE RIGHT PRICE FOR YOUR HOME. IT COULD SAVE YOU MONEY BECAUSE THE SOONER YOU GET THE RIGHT PRICE THE SOONER YOU GET IT SOLD.
